WHAT TO EXPECT

• Food Bank is open Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday (9:30am – 11:30am)
• Once a month you will be able to shop from the shelves in the Food Bank.
• Only one person per family needs to be present
• On each visit you will need to register and show ID at the Registration Desk for each
  family member and show proof of your Welland address. If you need assistance, or if
  you pick up for more than one family, we will need a letter signed by the receiver of
  goods, giving detail and authorization.
• Acceptable ID : Drivers License, Passport, Health Card
• Examples of Welland address proof: Drivers License, Rent Receipt, Utility Bill, Pay Stub
• The Food Bank is based on a “points system” according to family size.
• No points will be given without proper ID. No Exceptions.
• Please bring your own bag/container to carry your groceries.
